NRC cash management software

INFO-SYST software enables the management of PC driven cash transactions.

These cash operations include :

- Product management operations
- Cash clerk management operations
- Supervisory operations
- Consolidation operations
- Programming operations

Presently communication interfaces have been developed to communicate with NCR cash register models 2123, 2126, & 2127. The 2123 & 2126 models communicate in an asychronous mode via the compatible port RS232C with communication PC ports (COM1 and COM2). The protocol of communication is identical for all three models. The 2127 model communicates in a bi-synchronous mode via the multiparty IBM communication processor ARTIC.

Three types of related software have been developed.

The system is currently operating in the majority of Metro and IGA grocery chains.
